Location is very good. It is close to the centre, bus station and train station. We had very warm welcom and plenty of information about the room and city. The lady in the caffe, where we had brekfast, was so frendly and helpful. She saw us leaving early, and opened caffe earlier, and we were abel to have a breakfast.

The room was impeccably clean and spacious.
Breakfast was extremely dissapointing. Had to walk to a nearby bar to get a coffee, juice, and a croissant or toast. All of that could be easly served at the premises of the hotel - get a coffee machine, a couple of bottles of juice and have the personnel bring those croissants/toast from that bar and serve breakfast at the hotel. It would add to the comfort of the guest. Check-out is also too early, 10.30 am - considering you have to walk to the bar to get breakfast. Parking instructions are also very poor - you could provide the guests in advance where exactly to park a car, instead of having to come to the reception first and get the instructions wich are very poor. And finally the story with the elevator - the guest is not supposed to press any buttons, the receptionist calls the elevator... We waited in that elevator upon arrival for quite a while because nothing happened. Then had to get out and call the receptionist again. She either forgot or had other things to do - not acceptable. As things are now, I don't recommend staying there. But with a bit of organization, improved breakfast, this could be a perfet accomodation.
