Le Camere di Villa Cà Zenobio

The whole villa is amazing, beautiful yard, peaceful location. Free parking is a plus. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Instructions regarding self-check-in are clear, the location is easily accessible.

In general, everything was ok. A bit of a inconvenience is breakfast, that is not at the villa, but in a cafe nearby and one must adapt one's time of visit to their opening hours.

A beautiful building set in a small park on the edge of the built-up area of Treviso.

A lack of on-site car parking was a minor inconvenience -- there is a public car park 150m away. There are no good local restaurants and the centre of Treviso (which is well-provided) is a nightmare to park in.

Beautiful place for peace and comfort. Nice old building renovated inside. Everything you need for rest. Garden is place where you can enjoy coffee surrounded with nature. Very nice stuff helped us with a small problem we had and thanks to them again.

We had an early flight in the morning and so we booked a taxi the night before for a 5am pick-up (Uber is not available in Treviso)... At 5:10, there is still no taxi. I called the 'In case of emergency' number on the front gate of the property and left a very panicked message. At this stage, I was worried we would miss our flight. The message I left asked if someone could please call us a taxi (I tried but got a machine telling me to call back later)... At 5:25am a taxi arrived... Was the booked taxi 25 minutes late? Or did the property manager get the desperate message and call us a taxi? We will never know... But I like to think the property manager called us a taxi.

It was frustrating that the property wasn't manned. We arrived at dinner time to discover there was no information in the lobby at all. I expected there to be ample brochures and guides, letting us know where we could eat and there was nothing. I'm all for saving costs, but if you are going to get rid of reception, then please provide information your guests might need, like where to eat dinner... Google was no help. We ended up crossing paths at 8pm with another guest who gave us directions to a pizza place 10 minutes walk down the road.
