Location, its very close to airport also to city centar. Parking in front of the house.
Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything from the neighboring room, even when guests used the bathroom. We were also asked to keep our voices down while having a normal conversation, which made the stay uncomfortable.

the room was lovely & Samantha the host was superb she made our stay lovely,
the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice of food, 15 minute walk into the walls of Treviso that was just what we wanted,
fresh towels & clean room everyday,
a lovely guest house at a great price.

I booked this hotel for an early flight. The lady was really helpful on Whatsapp. The location is relatively (25 minute walk) close to the airport. There is coffee to grap, water bottles for 50 cents and a kitchen + seating area next to the room.
I really hate to do this. The lady is nice, the room is spacious and one of the reasons I booked were all the very positive reviews. That's also the reason I want to be honest, to help other travelers get a fair idea of this place.
- The room is labeled 'deluxe' on Booking.com. No idea what their idea of 'deluxe' is, but it has been years that I was in an hotel room this old fashioned. It looks cool retro, but it's just plain old (including the bed) and for sure not 'deluxe'.
- The room was very warm. There is air-conditioning, but all the windows were open when I arrived (it was +30 degrees Celsius outside). I couldn't get the air-conditioning working.
- The room is very noisy. I had neighbors upstairs. I couldn't sleep because they were just simply walking and talking. - - There were also a lot of mosquitos (because the open windows?).
- The shower is really nice (behind a curtain though (deluxe?)) but the water wouldn't drain so the whole bathroom (including the mat was wet) and you're afraid of flooding the room.
All I hoped for was a good night of sleep before an early flight. Despite the spacious room and quiet area, this wasn't possible.
