Good location for one night, but very poor sound insulation

Location, its very close to airport also to city centar. Parking in front of the house.

Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything from the neighboring room, even when guests used the bathroom. We were also asked to keep our voices down while having a normal conversation, which made the stay uncomfortable.

fantastic guest house at a great price.

the room was lovely & Samantha the host was superb she made our stay lovely, the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice of food, 15 minute walk into the walls of Treviso that was just what we wanted, fresh towels & clean room everyday, a lovely guest house at a great price.

Superb to visit Treviso and a great base to visit all the most 'spectacular' towns around.

Location and cleanliness in relation to price was excellent. (It's only 15 mins walk to the historical center of Treviso) Permanent smile on the face of extremely kind and helpful host - priceless ;). The rooms and facilities were arranged by an artistic soul.

Breakfast was quite ok, but not at as high level as the rest of the accommodation.

Disappointing

I booked this hotel for an early flight. The lady was really helpful on Whatsapp. The location is relatively (25 minute walk) close to the airport. There is coffee to grap, water bottles for 50 cents and a kitchen + seating area next to the room.

I really hate to do this. The lady is nice, the room is spacious and one of the reasons I booked were all the very positive reviews. That's also the reason I want to be honest, to help other travelers get a fair idea of this place. - The room is labeled 'deluxe' on Booking.com. No idea what their idea of 'deluxe' is, but it has been years that I was in an hotel room this old fashioned. It looks cool retro, but it's just plain old (including the bed) and for sure not 'deluxe'. - The room was very warm. There is air-conditioning, but all the windows were open when I arrived (it was +30 degrees Celsius outside). I couldn't get the air-conditioning working. - The room is very noisy. I had neighbors upstairs. I couldn't sleep because they were just simply walking and talking. - - There were also a lot of mosquitos (because the open windows?). - The shower is really nice (behind a curtain though (deluxe?)) but the water wouldn't drain so the whole bathroom (including the mat was wet) and you're afraid of flooding the room. All I hoped for was a good night of sleep before an early flight. Despite the spacious room and quiet area, this wasn't possible.

Cozy room with great host and good location for decent price

Host was very nice and helpful, allowed earlier check in and offered to leave our luggage in the kitchen after check out which was VERY convenient, because our flight was in the evening. Good location ~30min walk to the airport and ~15minute walk to city centre. Room looks just like the photos.

There could have been more shower amenities (toothpaste, shower gel etc.) there was only one bottle and probably left over from another visitor.

This place is absolutely stunning. It shows that a lot of care and attention has been given to decorate the rooms to the tiniest detail. The location is tranquil, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. Furthermore the owner is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely room close to the airport.

The room was lovely also the kitchen/dining room. Samantha, the host, also charming and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the medieval city centre and a few minutes drive from the airport. If I ever need to stay in Treviso again I'll come back here.

It is a perfect location for a romantic getaway. The room was decorated with a style, the lovely kitchen had all you need to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. The location is perfect, within walking distance of both the town center and the airport. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay there. Thank you!

Amazing comfortable stay before a flight

Great style and decor in the room. Amazing romantic and lovely bedsheets (red hearts)! Big spacious bed. Clean and big shower. Nice view from the windows. You can use the kitchen with fridge, tea, coffee.

A bit in between of train station and airport, can be hard to reach on foot but still in a very good location. The stairs are a little bit noisy. Probably the house is old but very well renovated.
