Complex renovations will begin in November 2023 and will last roughly one year. During this time, there will be periods when guests may not have access to their balconies and/or vacation rentals. There will also be loud noise, vibrations, and dust generated. There may be times the interior is exposed to outdoor elements as well.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Very clean, had plenty of towels (which can be unusual). Supplied dish soap for hand washing, 1 dishwasher detergent, 2 laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also provided was decent quality hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (refillable dispensers). Ice machine worked well. All countertop appliances were in good repair. Scant, but acceptable cooking pots/pans. Plenty of dishes/silverware/glasses. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Sliders for both balconies worked well. Easy access to both gulf and bay. Complex was quiet. There is a pool at the complex, but we did not use it.

The apartment was very clean and nice. The parking was a plus because it was under the apartment and the car stayed cool. The only thing we couldn’t find was a dust pan for the broom but I’m sure they will get one.
