You will fall in love with this condo! This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1242 square foot condo that is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Located on the 3rd floor of Tristan Towers, you will have views of Pensacola Bay from the large, 430 sq. foot wrap-around balcony.
The condo has comfy furniture and a dining table that will seat 6 with a smaller bar for two, perfect for two couples, families, or friends. The master suite has a king-size bed, en suite, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a large walk-in closet. This unit also has a queen size sofabed making it comfortable to sleep a total of 6 people.
Amenities include flat panel televisions in the living room and master bedroom, WIFI internet access, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and quality linens and towels.

Everything was great EXCEPT the queen bed. It has a box spring and a tiny foam topper as a mattress. You could feel every spring in the box spring so I did not get a good nights sleep at all but everything else was FABULOUS. THE AREA. The hospitality. The location. All wonderful.

Floors were dirty, needs a good mopping, needs some updates to the bathrooms, toilet paper rolls would not stay on the hardware, other than that it was a nice place!

The location of this rental is amazing and the property management was fairly easy to work with, but the unit itself was dirty and lacked basic maintenance. It took us several days, calls and visits to get someone to come fix the sliding glass door in the second bedroom (a children’s bedroom, so this was a safety concern). There was trash and clothing left in dressers and cabinets and the dryer not only didn’t heat up but didn’t stop spinning when the door was opened (another safety concern with children).As far as the cleanliness of the unit went, we were really disappointed. It smelled bad for the duration of our stay, walls and cushions were stained and one of the pillows in the second bedroom was beyond disgusting along with mold on the second bathroom shower curtain. The property manager was responsive, but after a certain point we felt that we shouldn’t be wasting our valuable vacation time consistently trying to resolve issues. We stay in Pensacola Beach frequently and are familiar with older units, but were overall really disappointed with our experience.
