Located steps away from the water, you can relax while listening to the sound of waves from your private balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay, or take a short walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This second floor unit is a clean and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features unobstructed views of Pensacola Bay from the living room, master suite, and private balcony. You can also experience spectacular sunsets from the private balcony if you visit during late Spring, Summer or early Fall. The larger bedroom features a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed.
Although the condo is less than two miles from Casino Beach, which is the primary location for shopping, restaurants, night life, jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing companies, public fishing pier and other entertainment options, you can still relax at this relatively quiet and uncrowded location. The condo is also within walking distance to one of Pensacola Beach’s most well known seafood restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s.

Including a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel high definition TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player and Bose surround sound in the living room, quality linens and bedding, and a table with four chairs on the balcony. Check in was so easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. We didnt cook there so i really didnt check out the pots and pans. Location was great! Just a heads up, tgere is no elevator and you have to go up 2 floors so pack lightly.

We came for my 70th Birthday My partner and her daughter were in this condo also. It was perfect for our needs. The first night there was a party on the property pretty much all night. Not good for sleep! But the place and the view were beautiful!
