Love Pensacola Beach! Will come back again. Area is quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Beach across the street was so nice. Not crowded at all. They do not rent chairs or umbrellas so come prepared for that. No umbrellas at the pool either so it is a bit hot in the heat. Condo location is a little difficult to navigate without a car. No groceries close had to uber. There is Tom Thumb about 10-15 min walk that has some stuff you might need. There is a free trolley during summer months that will bring you around the area as long as you have time to wait it is a great option. Overall we loved the property and beach!
