This condo is in a private 32-unit complex with a large in-ground pool, entertainment gazebo, tennis/pickleball court and grilling stations. There are convenient outdoor showers and a bottom level storage unit (with toys, floats and chairs) for your use. The back of the condo faces the Santa Rosa Sound and is known for its calm and shallow waters –– the perfect place for water sports like swimming, kayaking (a kayak and paddle board are available to use at your own risk), fishing and an ideal spot for small kids to play. You can't beat the sunsets.
The interior is newly renovated with beach cottage vibes and is professionally cleaned and maintained to ensure guest satisfaction. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in shower, jetted jacuzzi tub and spectacular views. The guest room has one queen bed, full bathroom with tub and shower combo and view of the beach. The main floor opens to the back deck overlooking the water. It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, garbage disposal, pantry, cookware, utensils and dishes. The open concept kitchen seats 4 at the bar and 6 in the main dining area. The living area is roomy with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. All fees and charges include hi-speed internet + cable TV in each bedroom and the living area. There is free covered parking for 2 vehicles. Beach towels are not included.
This home is located at the quiet west end of Pensacola Beach — rated one of the best beaches in the United States. It is adjacent to the National Park Fort Pickens (an historic fort and interactive museum) and features 7 miles of undeveloped beaches to explore! Along with the Blue Angels, it is a major draw for many visitors every year. Bicycling is another popular sport on the island. The area has many great waterfront restaurants/bars famous for seafood and with sandy playgrounds for kids to play and activities like putt putt, bike/jet ski/golf cart rentals, dolphin/fishing tour boats, shopping, outdoor music, etc. The condo is next to the summer trolley stop. Historic Downtown Pensacola is vibrant with activities, shopping, nightlife, and history. There is something for everyone!

The location of this condo is in a quiet area but an easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Having the sound in the back yard and the gulf across the street was convenient. There were a couple days that the ocean was too rough. On those days, we enjoyed the sound. It was nice to be able to walk out to the sound and watch the sunsets. The condo was nicely appointed. The back deck was nice to sit and watch the water. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need while you're there. We would rent this home again.

I recently stayed at a beach house that had an excellent location—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to local attractions. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the house's decor and furnishings, which felt outdated and in need of a refresh.
While the house itself is structurally sound, the interior is weighed down by old, worn-out furniture and décor that detracts from the overall comfort. The cleanliness was also an issue, with several areas needing attention.
Given the price, there are certainly better options available that offer more modern and well-maintained accommodations. If you’re seeking a more contemporary and clean environment for a similar rate, it’s worth considering other properties in the area.
