    I love the design style, which is unlike the other palace-style hotels in Venice. It is very clean, chic, and located in a calmer area with good restaurants (quite pricey, but well it's Venice!) within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Whenever I visit Venice, I always choose this hotel. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast selection and taste.

    The hotel seems new, modern rooms and very nice staff. It’s a little distance from the main area of Venice but also close to the station and arrival areas. Very nice experience.

    Don't arrive at this hotel with luggage, unless you have help to move it as where the water taxi drops you off you have to fetch your luggage yourself !!!! The hotel is clean and looks as though rooms have recently been refurbished but there is No 24hr room service and the canal view room you book through Agoda is not really a canal view ! It's more like a garden view with the canal as an after thought, very obstructed view. The staff were helpful when it came to arranging the water taxi but it took several emails. If you can stay somewhere more central and with better access, views and facilities I would do so!
