We checked out of this hotel in less than an hour. The rooms are even smaller than shown online but the major issue was the lack of cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was filthy and need some serious renovations. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and way past their prime. The bed was past its better days as we could feel the springs when we sat down. The positive points I will share about this hotel is the customer service, the person at the front seat was courteous and profesional. When we called to ask if we could cancel our stay she asked what out concerns were and offered to change our room, when we let her know that we would not be comfortable in this type of hotel she agreed to refund our payment. We received the refund within five days.

It’s a good option to stay the rooms were very clean. I needed my bathroom toilet unclogged one time in the evening and they couldn’t accommodate sadly. Once the staff leave for the night you’re on your own. The breakfast was more continental so limited options but glad they offered it. The room walls are really thin as well cuz you could hear Folks having sex from every side. It wasn’t a private moment at all but it’s a hotel so we know what’s happening 😬😳. All in all it was cool can’t complain

you pay for breakfast but they already offer for all guests continental breakfast, so what's the point here, don't pay for breakfast. Room was dirty even after cleaning, facilities are poor. They give you eggs for extra cost.

Hello, We like our stay there but i would be nice if there is any signs on where to Park because is very confusing to get there. On the breakfast options the staff was fantastic, but it was not eggs for breakfast; we also stay at Marriott La Villa and they have eggs and better options fro breakfast. For Marriott La villa Review it would be nice if they will offer a shuttle to the airport; we stayed there because we thought it was a shuttle services to the airport and were very disappointed to find out is not. Anything else it was great.
