Enjoyed our stay!!

The front desk staff was always very courteous and attentive to my questions and helpful! OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The housekeeper was also on top of the room being cleaned, I also told her that there was a lightbulb in the bathroom that needed to be replaced and one of the sinks was slow in draining. When we returned to the room those issues had been taken care of.

The food at the restaurant did not meet my expectations, unfortunately the soup I order was cold and my desert was frozen instead of just being cold, I ordered a lemon pie!

Good value for the money. Great breakfast.

The staff were super attentive and friendly. The facility makes you feel like you're at a small resort. Gorgeous landscaping and plants on the property. And the restaurant and the breakfast were fantastic.

Some of the facilities seem like they need repairs and the internet needs to be improved for business travelers to have a stable connection in their rooms.

Disappointing

Location

The bathroom door give no privacy as it is a sliding door which doesn’t close totally and there is a gap that permites noise and view. Even families need some privacy when going or the facilities.the shower drain flooded l, not enough towels and had to called the front desk for few times to get them. The room phone has push buttons to call the services but never replied any one of them , I guessed to push different digits buttons to call the front desk .

The staff were really nice, they tried very hard to fix the issues after we complained. The breakfast at the restaurant was fresh and tasty.

The first room they gave us was terrible, dusty, and musty. The mattress was caved in deeply and very uncomfortable. There was no natural light and not enough lamps to light the room properly. The door had gaps so big that bugs got into the room, and also, you could hear absolutely everything from the outside. The bedroom farm "door" didn't follow the rail and it was missing the handle. The shower was moldy and partially clogged. We complained, and they changed us to a different room where we didn't experience any of those issues. The new room was on the 4th floor, and the elevator didn't always work, and to get it, we needed to pass through an insane amount of mosquitoes. They were mostly on the commun areas (we also visited the Mexican jungle, and they didn't have as many mosquitoes). They held events and parked cars right at the doorstep, so we needed to walk into the highway to be able to take the taxi more than once. The pool seemed dirty enough that we didn't care to get close to it.

Not a single staff member we saw spoke English Using mastercard for transactions was difficult No "do not disturb" sign or restaurant menu given in room No menu on website either so couldn't order room service Internet was often completely off at night After day 2 they kept turning off our room key every 24 hours. That felt very weird

Great stay in Mexico city

Everyone from the reception, the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, all the staff were absolutely helpful at all time. The room was big and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the dinner at the restaurant was good too. We liked the pool, it is not very deep but good enough for some laps. The hotel is close to a big centro commercial.

The rooms are very comfy and clean. Very spacious in case you need to work in the room. The breakfast included is American so you know what you get. Very quiet and close to the Mundo-E shopping mall.

The extra cost of the parking. The buffet breakfast is not included, so ask first. Staff very serious a little bit of friendliness will help.

Superb

Concerning the food in the restaurant and from the room service, you never knew what to expect as the servings were never the same but different every day. Sometimes a dish was served abundant and with all garnishing while the next day the same dish was a small serving and the garnishings were missing. This happened several times. Although it was nice to have a coffee machine in the room, one coffee capsule per person per day was not enough. It was not possible to find that kind of capsules in a shop.

Not good price/quality rate.

Location in the north of the city is excellent are just next to a big mall. The room is good but the AC is old and difficult to modulate. Maybe the cost was a little bit more expensive because the F1 event.

They need to improve the AC, also they need to put a a frigorific in the room, if you have medication that need a cold place you are in troubles. The pool is small and it has just a little space for small children. Also I hate the extra charges like the parking. I mean, if you gonna charge it, put in the price!

Excellent

Our room had garden view and was beautiful. A comfortable bed and pillow & great shower. We had a great breakfast at the hotel with great service. The shopping mall was 1/2 a block from the hotel. Checking in we were welcomed and greeted with hospitality from employees. I loved the hotel overall.

I enjoyed everything about our stay.
