The location was super convenient

I really like the breakfast and the stuff they’re at the breakfast it was surprisingly good and nice

I don’t like how the hotel advertise free shuttle so prior to my arrival they’re like oh no we don’t pick you up at the airport and then they don’t return you to the airport as well the free shuttle was not available when needed the first time and then when it was available it was like you were kind of dumped somewhere and not really told where exactly the entrance was to the place

That there was mistake with my booking, i booked a room with King size bed and it was not available, they gave a small room with queen size bed and at the 2nd Day they changed my room

Breakfast was small but sufficient, use of disposables is not environmentally too friendly.

Towels were partially torn, and personnel could not accommodate needs (twin beds instead of double, payment requirements)

nice location, but key issues in cleanliness and key system

good location, available shuttle to nearby places

their key system is bad, everyday I went out I had to go by the front desk to have it reset. when I turned on the AC, a weird odor like food being cooked, came out the vents. two days when I went back, there was a foul odor like sewage.

Excellent location! Enjoyed a very practical and pleasant stay.

Excellent location right in front of Plaza Satelite. Friendly and professional staff. Decent breakfast included. Toiletries and hair dryer in bathroom. Laundry service and valet parking.

Parking should be included in room rate. Parking stalls seemed insufficient, valet parking staff were very friendly but struggling to keep up with cars being parked in and out. Very limited TV

it’s supposed to be Plus version of City Express hotel but the Plus means only change of color of rooms because the rest is exactly the same than no Plus version.

The restaurant is severely understaffed, there should be more people working there. One of the elevators was out of order and the state of the other one was not great.

I cut my stay 3 days short. Changed over to Hilton for far better value

Included breakfast didn't include a full breakfast. Only eggs,fruit,coffee . Buffet was off limits.. Gym didn't have towels ,cups for water. Equipment broken and old

Very good hotel for spending your nights in CDMX

very clean & modern hotel. there’s also large shopping centre across the street and hotel has a free shuttle service to nearby locations.

the breakfast was not very good value for money and vending & coffee machines as well as the other elevator were out of order. Reception personnel was friendly but didn’t speak English and the service is rather slow- so some patience needed.
