Location and easy check in. Located next to a beautiful mall with lots of shopping options.

Not the best room. Don’t know if it was because I booked via Booking. Very limited breakfast hours. Not everyone wakes up at 6 am for breakfast. Breakfast options were good.

No Parking! Needs to be mentioned on the booking

there was no parking in the hotel and the staff was not willing to help in any way. I wish they had mentioned it on my booking since the hotel is by the highway and I stopped to rest and i had to deal with the parking instead.

If you need somewhere to sleep then it's a bed, don't expect more

Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The room service food was horrendous, they brought the wrong drink originally and then the guy who brought up the correct drink seemed to be in a terrible mood. Breakfast in the morning was as basic as it could get and the toaster was close to impossible to use. Girl behind the desk didn't speak English, but couldn't understand me over the phone even when I spoke Spanish. Don't know if that was her fault or the phone's, but it's hard to know how "quiero coca cola sin azúcar pero tengo coca cola regular" could be misunderstood for 20 minutes straight.

Good hotel in a great location.

The location is what makes us stay here. In overall its ok, but has lots of improvement.

Breakfast included is only from 6-9 am in weekdays. It should be at least till 10. Pillows are smaller than the average. If u have a rental car, Parking ticket costs more through the hotel than the mall.

Would stay again as long as the staff respects that we did not want anyone in our room.

Breakfast was wonderful and staff was very helpful.

We had the "Do not disturb" sign on our room for the week and we noticed when we came back after telling the cleaner we did not want our room cleaned that someone came into our room. The bathroom light was on so someone definitely snooped around while we were gone. It was super unsettling. Otherwise i would have given the hotel a perfect score.
