Disappointing

The house cleaners came in while there was a do not disturb sign and removed the sheets off the bed. Then I had no sheets for the whole night and the hotel did nothing to help... Right next to the highway so you can't walk anywhere useful.

I hope they have to keep up with fumigation to eliminate bed bugs!! simple

everyone 3 family members were very happy except me and my dad, why? there were bed bugs that caused uncomfortable skin irritation!!

it’s located near where my family lives and centrally located to all major transportation. Water pressure for showering was great and hot water came out relatively quickly. Rooms are really spacious.

I wish the rooms would have a mini fridge and microwave. Other than this the property is good, clean, and staff are very helpful.

Great value for money. I warned the staff in advance that I would have to leave early and after changing the dates of my stay on booking, I got my money back for the days I didn't use.

WiFi speed is good when it's working but stability leaves a lot to be desired − disconnects and dropped packets happen quite often. The room could also use a mini fridge and a teapot.

Review for the larger suite room

This review is for the premium, larger room. For the smaller rooms, I reviewed separately. Much better amenities that others at mexico city, the lower price of the hotel does make up to the fact that this location does not have much close by other than a mall and a large motorway right in front. The bed mattress was good and the central air on was effective, with nice usb enabled power sockets throughout the room. The room size was very generous, bed was comfortable and place was well lit.

The first day we opted by the larger premium room, mainly because of the jacuzzi and really, because I wanted to treat my partner after a long week of work. We found this room to be a disappointment. The jacuzzi was run out with flakes of paint missing, leaking taps, damaged chromes and the pump system was not clean, throwing flakes of dirt from the piping when operated (we ended up using the separate shower) The premium rooms we were told were all the the front of the hotel, by the busy road, so we were disturbed by traffic 24/7. For the remainder of the stay we changed to the smaller rooms which at 1/3 of the price we thought were much better value. They did not refund the difference despite we clearly saying we were unhappy with the room (the option to downgrade at same cost was offered.)

Review for the standard double rooms

Staff was helpful, bed was comfortable, room was well lit, price was good. Overall, if you can accommodate a not so good location (mainly industrial, by a busy road) this is good value for money and more comfortable than Mexico city center (uber is very affordable) Don't choose the suite rooms as these are by the front of the building, facing the busy road and generally not nicely maintained, despite costing 3x as much - separate review on that!

Cleaning could have been better, the aircon was leaking water (or freezing, depending on the angle, it was poorly secured). Some rooms were facing construction works Recommend a early check in and thorough inspection at check in to make sure everything works and changing rooms is possible, if it doesn't. I also recommend staff to place something below the chair legs as they seem to be dragged over the floor on adjacent floors - this can be very noisy at night!!!
