    Clean, central London, easy to get to.. Busy streets but that is expected. Good hotel for the price and worth it

    The lifts worked sporadically and one hardly at all! Not good if you can’t cope with stairs! Otherwise, lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast in sister hotel was very good and with a rooftop restaurant and great views.

    The location is excellent. Somehow when I arrived, I can find the entrance! It looks like a cafe with a small door. Also it is not along the main road, have to drag the luggage, but short distance. The main problem is the lift, of the 3 days there, it broke down like half the time. I have to claim 6th floor. Really a problem!!
