The location is amazing, can walk almost everywhere! Breakfast was in a nearby hotel as there was refurbishment going on. There was one lift completely out of order and one went down anotehr day so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs, multiple times a day. Cleanliness was good although the room was not cleaned everyday. The cleaning woman walked in on us when we were unlcothed in bed, after we notified the front desk for her not to enter until after 5 pm (they start cleaning the rooms at 3 pm) .

Location is amazing literally half a dozen steps from Leicester Square. We were upgraded on arrival to a room on the M Floor which were bigger ( with only 4 rooms in total on that level ) and ended up with a room directly above the reception. Wi-fi worked perfectly but declined breakfast at £22.00 per head. Would definitely stay there again and only 5 minutes walk from Leicester Square underground and 10 minutes walk from Covent Garden

Great location and just around the corner from the tube! Many food choices and great staff who was kind to rectify the issues we had with the room.
    6.4 / 10Average·May 2026
Location: The location is convenient, but cars cannot enter directly as it is located in Chinatown. We had to carry and move our luggage ourselves to reach the hotel. Room: The room was extremely small. Lift Issue: We booked a 6-night stay, but both lifts were out of service for 4 out of the 6 days. We stayed on the 4th floor and did not make any complaints during our stay. Service Issue: The night before our departure, we informed the front desk that we would be leaving for the airport and asked whether someone could assist us with our luggage if the lifts were still not working. We were told “yes”. However, on the day of departure, we were informed there was only one staff member available and no assistance could be provided. Overall: We are very disappointed with the experience. It is hard to understand how this qualifies as a 5-star hotel standard, especially considering the prolonged lift issue and lack of support provided.
