    We have been staying here for years, and our most recent stay has been as excellent as ever! I am dismayed at the number of critical reviews: Noise from Leister Square, a gather place of visitors akin to the Trevi Fountain in Rome??!! It is because of the hustle and bustle that one chooses to stay here. If you desire solitude, choose Knightsbridge. And yes, the elevators are a bit slow — but where are they not in Soho?Stay at an airport hotel if you desire Americana or Hong Kong. And the staff? They are marvelously courteous and attentive. Perhaps those who leave negative comments would do well to remember that, in the hospitality industry, a little kindness and appreciation extended by guests is generally return ten-times over by our hosts. In short, as good and inviting a stay — both comfort- and value-wise — as you will find in London.

    this has no value for money. Everything was an extra surcharge. Even leaving more than 1 bag was an added surcharge and it wasnt' even a private room. It was left in the corridor with no security. The rooms was so noisy. It is definitely somewhere you don't want to stay at that price

    The property is disappointing. I expected better service. The hotel charged GBP 10 for storing a luggage after check out. It would be OK if this requirement is communicated before booking but there were no such communication. When asked, I was told this is a new requirement recently implemented just about a week ago (i.e. after I made my booking). The hotel said the extra charge is to address the issue of limited luggage space of the hotel. I fail to understand how the customers paying GBP 10 could expand or increase the storing space for the hotel.

    The hotel is ideally located for the West End. The are Staff friendly etc BUT… The room was unfortunately was next to an admin/Fresh bedding room it seems. Constant door opening and the loud Bang from the spring door closing. This happened a number of times late evening. Then possibly 15-20 times before 9am the following morning We stayed in extreme heat conditions. The hotel floor above and the window were both forever creak and cracking. A strange phenomenon We could not sit up and have coffee in bed in the morning with any confidence, as the bed was on wheels and rolled away from the wall. Minor point… Indego is a brand on Google Street Maps for past 3 years - but branding - key folder etc is ZEDWELL Hotels By far the- NOT our best Hotel Indego
