    Hotel location is perfect, you can walk to China town 1 minute walk away, theatres and cinemas at your door step, staff are great and what an amazing BAR!!!!

    Having stayed in this hotel as part of my business trip, the location, the staff professionalism, interior atmosphere, facilities are all perfect. One of the best gym I've seen in a hotel and the indoor swimming pool with steam and sauna facilities were fantastic after a long day working. The only downside is the bed, it didn't really support my whole body, but rather felt like a trampoline.

    I used to have better service it seems to me that they changed management i had to change my room Three times to settle first room toilet wasn't working second room was without a big window they wake me up after 10 pm to check if i need towels
