    Location is accessible by tube - Leicester Square Station ( Northern line and Picadilly line ) - and buses. Walking distance to Chinatown and restaurants including fast food like burger king and macdonalds. Staff were friendly. The bed was super comfy. Most unpleasant was that I had to pay for my stay despite being prepaid before I checked in, ie. Double pay. Will leave it to Agoda to sort this out as that was the only disappointing and annoying experience. I've checked out after 3 nights stay and this is not resolved yet. Thanks

    We’ve stayed in Premier Inn a few years back and with surrounding hotels. Haven’t encountered any problems with Premier Inn so far. Staffs are helpful & friendly, especially Ms Raluca who took care of us really well during our stay. Definitely staying again next time we visit London again.
