    I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel London. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore many of London's top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the hotel's restaurant provided excellent food and service. The common areas were well-maintained and had a stylish, elegant design that added to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel London for both business and leisure travelers. Its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly service make it a great choice for anyone visiting London. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip.

    Lovely hotel in a great location with a great buffet breakfast. We prepaid for our hotel and checked out with no issues until I checked my credit card later that day and my card had been charged for the hotel room 4 times incorrectly. Upon calling the hotel they apologised and confirmed all charges were by accident and lodged refunds although the refund is still processing (has been 5 days already and I’m still out of pocket almost 5k!) Not sure I would trust staying at a Radisson blu again in the future with their poor credit card management.

    I booked Radisson Blu with high expectations. What I received was a diluted version of what was advertised. The room I got was smaller than what I had booked, and bore no resemblance to the pictures shown during reservation. This isn’t a case of miscommunication it’s a case of misrepresentation. The infrastructure was shockingly basic for a property that carries such a reputed name. The hotel seemed critically understaffed, and service levels suffered because of it. Long waits, lack of responsiveness, and overall indifference to guest experience. Radisson Blu needs to take accountability. You cannot charge for premium and deliver mediocre. A brand is not built by name alone it is maintained by delivering what you promise.
