The hotel environment is excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room is spacious and bright, making the stay very relaxing. The front desk staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Solid choice, room was clean and comfortable. Staff courteous and professional. Location is very good as there and plenty of dining options and nightlife within blocks. Didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the breakfast (grabbed piece of fruit) but options looked plentiful.
Parking is a disaster as the lot is small and filled up each night. Even if you find a spot you may need to leave your keys at front desk as you may be blocking somebody in. My advice just park in the lot across the street, it’s cheaper than the hotels rate and was never an issue finding a spot.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff super friendly and very helpful. We booked through a third party and needed to extend our stay. The hotel let us keep our original room and made the check out/in process extremely easy. There are some great restaurants in the area and it's close to the Pitt campus. We will definitely stay there again!
