Nice layout and atmosphere; charming, well organized; seemed more authentically Mexican than the other resorts around it; our teenaged daughters loved it. WiFi could be better if you are concerned about it. Good beach access; secure; Overall a great experience.

Most amazing experience and the best staff ever! They made this trip worth remembering. From the incredible food to the impeccable service to the views and pool. Such an amazing resort. Will be recommending to everyone!

Front staff need better training and to be honest.
One moment something is not available
,eg a room you booked, you ask another reception person and it is.
I asked one day at the concerige desk for assistance to request room cleaning and he did, as their phones and in the rooms are always offline and then I ask the same desk person another day and they said they cant help.
