As soon as we got there we were approached for time share sales and we tried to politely decline multiple times. I understand they have a job to do but this trip took us some time to save for and all we wanted to do is relax and enjoy ourselves.

Was easy to reach destination. Nice view from the room we had.
We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. We had torn bath robes The toiletries and coffee/creamer/sugar were not replenished every day. There was not enough room around the pool due to wedding functions every day. The water in the pool was too cold. The sea was too rough to swim in the staff brushed us off when concerns raised. This is not the dreams of resort that we used to know. There used to be an abundance of sunscreen in the room for us to use.
