Beautiful property with so much potential, staff were very nice and we got a great room within the property close to the beach and pool.

Well we picked this spot because of the kid pools and they were closed. Huge disappointment. The buffet food was bad, I got very sick day two, so we opted for only the food made on site and the specialty foods. The reservation restaurants were pretty decent! Our baby also got a horrible rash from sheets so we ended up going to a clinic and getting creams For her and a special pillow case and clean sheets. The resort is hugeee but very much underutilized the most beautiful parts (in pictures are empty!) no staff or people around it almost feels abandoned! I’m sure it’s an owner issue or staffing issue.

Loved the pool area, so many loungers and sun shade options. Various different pools too. The restaurants were good. The location is great. The breakfast was always great- the smoothie bar was my favorite. The staff are amazing!

Sometimes it was too loud at the pool- the instructors were screaming at times, not as relaxing as I wanted it to be at times. The buffet food is average.

Amazing service, great facilities, variety of food, and a high level of comfort and safety. The hotel has 5+ restaurants, and the food variety and availability are great. I also have to applaud the tennis courts and the entertainment facilities overall.

I spent over 700$ on my stay and was charged 30$ for not returning a plastic towel card that I never received or was informed about at check‑in (I didn’t even use the swimming facilities). The checkout staff didn’t seem willing to listen, which felt illogical and disappointing. I’m sharing this so this beautiful place can improve and truly tick all the boxes in the future. I still hope to return one day, this time fully aware of the towel card policy :)
