Overall, our stay was nice, but a few things can be improved!
It was a birthday vacation, our first time in Puerto Vallarta. I rated the location low since the Zona Romantica would be a better option than the hotel's zone (which is where this hotel is), which is far from anywhere else in the city. It's a good option for those who want to stay at the hotel all day without doing any sightseeing. The best part was the pool and the easy beach access (the hotel sits right off the beach).
Although it's an all-inclusive resort, and there is a lot of food, its quality isn't the best (it seems they care more about quantity than quality). The "pop-up style" options at the pool were better, like fresh tacos and fried fish.
