Great resort. Multiple pools, restaurants, bars. The location is great for getting into the town. The staff were exceptional. We stayed in the preferred area and really enjoyed the lounge perks. The all inclusive was actually all inclusive. Most places like this still charge extra for mini bar or special coffee but at Secrets it was all included.

The location was great! We had the ocean right outside our room and the mountains in the back ground.
It is a little dated, and the sales team are a little pushy

Everything, although I wish there was more night time entertainment.
Nothing

Pool was nice and it was beach front.
Room was dated and unclean. All of our requests were not made with the exception of moving to a new room as it was DIRTY!!
