About this resort
Beautiful *NEWLY RENOVATED* 16th floor ocean views greet you in this 1900 sq ft fully equipped condo at Grand Venetian Resort. Enjoy the:

all without leaving the secure gated grounds.
Numerous great dining options available right out the gates or take a short Uber ride to romantic zone or the marina and you will have a lovely time exploring this vibrant city.
There is a king size bed in primary suite and a queen size bed in guest suite. Also a individual size day bed on the ocean facing balcony, dining table w/ 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the ocean facing balcony, and a 2 person patio set on the mountain facing balcony. There is also a private laundry room in the condo with washer and dryer for your use.
You will have the entire condo to yourself aside from one locked closet for owners belongings.
You will enjoy: a new 75 inch smart tv in living room which you can use to sign into your netflix, amazon, hulu, or other streaming accounts, new soundbar with subwoofer in living room, new 43inch smart tv in primary suite which you can use to sign into your netflix, amazon, hulu, or other streaming accounts, fiberoptic internet with wifi mesh system throughout the condo, and a patio set on mountain facing balcony.

There is a beach club on other side of the river that plays loud upbeat music Friday, Saturday, and Sunday typically from 1:00pm-8:30pm. This music can be shut out by closing the sliding glass doors on ocean facing balcony.
Excessive electricity consumption over 20kwh per day will lead to the overage being billed at metered rate of 3.21/kwh pesos. This can be reduced by turning ac off when your gone, keeping thermostat above 76 and closing the sliding glass doors when running the air conditioning.

Loved the property and location. Could walk to lots of restaurants and walk to Costco was only 30 minutes. Walmart is close by as well for shopping. The 5 pools were great and all face the ocean. Easy to get chairs at the pool and there was drink & food service at the pools as well. The only downside if I was to complain about one thing is the annoying super loud music which starts around 5:00 pm and ends around 9:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. But, the owner does say that in his overview of his property so we were expected it. Aside from that, the condo is amazing. Could use a little dresser with a couple drawers in the spare bedroom if I was to offer one suggestion! Awesome vacation!!!

We recently stayed at Ryan's condo at the Grand Venetian. Ryan was very responsive to inquiries and communications. The property manager, Simon, began communications with us about a week prior to our arrival, greeted us at the front entrance when we arrived, and was also very responsive and helpful while we were there. The condo was clean and was supplied with a good variety of kitchen items, bath towels, and pool towels. There were a few items we had to buy at the store like toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc., so do an inventory before heading to the store. (This is common in most vacation rentals.) The sunset views from the condo deck were amazing! The front deck was where we actually spent most of our time when we were at the condo. Simply a beautiful space! And to be able to open those doors all the way was amazing too! We just made sure we turned the air conditioner off when we opened them. The grounds and pools at Grand Venetian were very well kept. The entire staff there were also very kind, helpful, hard working people. We ate at the restaurant and poolside a couple times and the food was pretty good too. The restaurant staff and poolside staff were kind, helpful, and responsive too. Taxis are super easy to get. We walked to the nearby mall a couple times, and walked to the Food Park one night. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and the Grand Venetian on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta. We would stay there again, and would highly recommend!!!

I had the best stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I liked the close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and short Uber from downtown. The complex was beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the pools and beach access. I would definitely stay here again. The host was also very easy to communicate with.
