Excellent location, great food and drink options included, friendly and attentive staff, very clean, easy beach access. The on-site restaurants featured diverse menus with multi-course meals included in the price. Multiple bars with a range of drink options. The entertainment at the club on-site was a nice bonus. There really wasn't any reason to leave the resort.
Sleeping area of the room was rather small and plain. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, but could have used some maintenance (shower drained slow, missing towel hooks). Air conditioning couldn't keep up when the heat index hit 100F. Nothing significant or detrimental to the trip.

People was fun and very helpful
The hotel was leaking and dirty, the first time we opened the door to our room you could see footsteps from previous guests on the floor.
