The food (breakfast buffet, dinner buffet and ala carte options) were all delicious. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. And the hotel is very family friendly.

The salt bath was wonderful. The saunas great. We were offered a porter service to and from the train station.
Breakfast great particularly the fruit press available.
The room was not cleaned on the second night. It's fine as it's not always necessary. It's a good way of getting the hotel ready for new guests but it should be reflected in the price.
The lounge bar was very drab not a welcoming room.
