Love the location close to the city center Binz and close enough to the beach that we could hear it from our room. We‘d definitely stay there again!

We just booked one breakfast, the variety did not justify the price. Mattresses ARE really uncomfortable, unless you enjoy sleeping on hard surfaces. Kitchen is equipped okay, if you truly want to be self sufficient and cooking you probably come better prepped. So salt, pepper or sugar, not even starter packages. Stayed 6 nights and with 3 kids had to buy additional toilet paper. Indoor pool could use some better signage.

Reasonable prices

First of all, the location was very good, and there is enough equipment in the room for you to cook yourself. The price is very reasonable compared to the surrounding facilities.

We were three people and one of us had a single sofa bed. It was not comfortable at all. When a 165 cm tall adult lies down, his/her feet are longer than the sofa bed. This was not comfortable at all.

The location is perfect , the beach is literally right in front .

You can see traces that the area was past communistic East Germany . We could not find a EV charging station . The nearest was about 5 km away.

Great stay. Would come back!

Room was nice and clean, hotel is very close to the beach. About 2km from downtown, and 300m from grocery store. Indoor and outdoor Playground and kids club were great for my 6 years old. Pool was good too.

Dinner does not worth the €27 per person… better to go to downtown restaurants…

The location is good.

We travelled as a family, there were two beds only. Where was my baby going to sleep. I had to sleep on the floor. Even though we confirmed that I am travelling with my wife and kid, why was there not at extra bed for a kid? Or at least a kid bed? Also, wifi is just useless there. I don’t know understand despite paying such high amount for the property, why don’t you take and effort to show some care.

The hotel is situated in 100-150 meters from seaside and rooms are very cosy and comfortable for families with small kids (under 3 years too). Clean apartments with a balcony, small kitchen with all the necessary appliances and dishes - I this is the best decision to such a kind of travellers like me and my kid. aAnd the pool, für groß und klein, is the best I’ve ever seen. Thanks to IFA Rügen Team for our short but very cool weekend 😉.

The entry to the pool from the main entrance and reception should have some ramp for disabled people and moms with the buggies.

Front desk staff was very Rude with behavior, no respect for guest ,,treated very badly who has booked from booking.com. very critics ..!! The bottle line the staff has no manner how to talk with guests.

Superb

We spent Easter Weekend here and this hotel was really above my expectations! We booked apartments with kitchen and separate sleeping room, and got realy spacious apartments with two balcons , two beds and also couch that fits two people ! We felt very comfortable here . Beach is next to apartments , city center is 20 min walk along lovely promenade . It has delivery of fresh bread for breakfast, great aqua park, billiard , aero hockey, restaurants, bars , indoor/outdoor playground , kids club , kids disco , disco , bars , mini-golf, ping-pong, gym , sun terrace , animation ... there. So all what you need when traveling with kids :) I was feeling a bit like in Malloca ! So thank you very much for great long weekend and I think we will come back soon!

quality for money is excellent

- size of the room - kitchenette is pretty full packed for any kind of cooking you’re about to perform - water pressure at shower - part of the parking lot is covered, which is really great, even though to get to it you’re exposed to weather anyway. Don’t take complaints about price in other reviews seriously, 5EUR/day - close to nothing for Binz

- pretty dusty in the room - pillows are really bad, mattress is quite hard - bath facilities are cheap and a bit outdated but work fine at the end

Very good

the cleanliness, the easiness of check in and check out, the rooms were big and with big windows, the tiny kitchen was very helpful and had all you needed, the bathroom was nice and clean. Apart from the mattresses, which were too hard - the rest was very comfortable. I also loved that the beach was so near and that a supermarket was close by, and that the hotel gave a ticket card for the local bus nr. 27 to Prora. :)

The mattresses of the beds were too hard, i didn't sleep comfortably and during the night my hips started to hurt and i didn't sleep that well because of that. This would prevent me from having a long holiday in this hotel, because I can sleep badly 1 night, but if one sleeps badly 7 nights in a row, it ruins your holiday. Good sleep is dependent on a good mattress. You offered bus 27 for free, that was great. Suggestion: it would have been nice if bus 22 for going to Sassnitz would also be free ;).

Beach was really close and that is only good thing there.

Breakfast was really monotonous, every day the same things. Awful vegetables and just two to pick from (tomatoes and cucumbers), so if you are vegan you can forgot to have a proper breakfast. Pool located in separate building so no easy access and it is almost always full (no lifeguard present), access to sauna areas is paid separately - sauna is not. open everyday. Children attraction are paid additionally and are also occupied almost all the time.

The location was great and also the room was clean

The receptionist did not give us all info, for example, just give us a ticket that we could use in Bins transportation, however, it was never shown where we can use it. In the end, we just paid for that, however, we did not use it, and also it is not mentioned to pay before :(

enjoyable, and at a very fair price

the location is excellent, and the room was very large and clean. the pool is also very nice if you are coming with children (for swimming, it is not so useful).

it would be nice if the pool were open later (it closes at 19h)
