Check-in was quick because I completed online check-in. Unfortunately the Guest Mobility pass wasn't sent to me but a 24 hour pass is under €5. The best part of the hotel is waking up to a mountain view in the morning.

All good. Checked in time the gentleman named Wasim ( from Tunisia) was so friendly and easy going made our checked in experience so much fun and great. We had mobility pass the next day and the lady printed for us was repeatedly *4 times printed wrong details and last copy received was printed wrong name again but finally a guest queue behind told us just use it as we needed bar code to scan on public transport. Overall everything was great. We will come back again

Had an excellent stay with my family of two kids

We stayed at this hotel overnight before driving to Innsbruck the next day. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the airport and is a walking distance, but not if you are travelling with children or heavy luggage. The TV was very small and did not work. The TV could not be reset and there was no telephone to call reception. The breakfast was of good quality but the breakfast room was small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Overall this hotel was good for a one night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. There is a Designer Outlet Mall nearby that is useful if you like shopping and there are some local eateries nearby.

The staff was very friendly at the front desk and were able to answer all of my questions. The lobby also had a free mini candy bar and water station which was nice upon arrival. They also had other small grab and go snacks for sale that would be helpful for a hungry traveler. The beds were comfortable, linens were very clean and crisp. What I didn't like was that while the linens were clean and crisp, the carpet in the room was dingy and stained. The hallway was also dark and dingy feeling. The proximity to the airport was exceptional however for flying out of Salzburg. If you are flying into Salzburg, the location may be difficult as it was difficult to secure an Uber ride since it was so close. You are better off using onsite taxi for that if you are coming into Salzburg and staying at this hotel.

Excellent staff, hotel was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us, but the front desk went above and beyond to fix it, arranged alternative upgraded accommodation, paid extra garage fees, offered a free taxi… Very nice warm and supportive people, the warmest help I’ve got in awhile…

We had a double room but the bed had 2 single mattresses which was quite uncomfortable. Not much food options at the hotel. The guest mobility ticket issued by the hotel (you have to ask for it) was good giving us free public travel within Salzburg. Room size was reasonable.

Overall the stay was good the shower was poor and the bar had a poor selection of beverages breakfast was disappointing but location was spot on but the cars speeding around the hotel overnight doing their best fast and furious audition was slightly annoying but with the black out shutters closed helped limit the noise.

Very clean and bright hotel rooms. This was a fantastic place to stay for a quick stopover for our trip. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Affordable and included free parking! Was recommended Marta’s restaurant just 2 minute drive away by the front desk for traditional Austrian food and it was fun to go there and try new things.

The hotel itself is right next to the airport and only a 10 minute drive to downtown. It's clean when you first walk in but when you look closer, there is hair, lint, and dust everywhere. The front desk workers were strangely rude and did not want to provide extra towels for our room. Not a bad experience, just a strange one.
