A truly special find in Krakow’s best location. The hotel is housed in a 13th-century building, which means rooms have real character — expect charming architectural quirks and unique layouts rather than cookie-cutter uniformity. For anyone who appreciates history and atmosphere, this is a feature, not a flaw.
Every staff member was genuinely patient, helpful, and warm. At breakfast, the French toast is not to be missed. The restaurant team went above and beyond — they even prepared a to-go double espresso on request, which set the tone for a perfect morning exploring the Old Town.
If you’re looking for a atmospheric, well-located base with soul, look no further. I’d book it again without hesitation.
