This hotel was beautiful and in the best location. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the cleaners did a brilliant job. The reception staff were very pleasant too. I would highly recommend this hotel and we sure will be going back

Location
The Hotel, once impressive, is run down and disappointing. Obviously in need of urgent redecorating and updating. We had to change our bedroom arriving late afternoon, because toilet was faulty and not checked before our arrival. Breakfasts consist of food from a day or two before, definitely not fresh and not appetising. Verging on health hazard: tepid sausages/potato cakes/mushrooms were served from broken heating machine which wasn’t repaired for 3 days after our initial day one complaint. Serving staff nice but helpless, their managers not particularly interested.
