All the spiral stairs we were 3rd floor and I’m not good with heights

Good bed, roomy apartment, fantastic location. The windows are sound proof and it was very quiet at night despite the location. There is a cooker and tea in your room.

The first person will have a warm shower, but the second person will not. It is not clear when the reception will be manned. It is usually manned as of 10 am only and when I left my luggage, the lady could not promise she would be there in the afternoon. That is of course problematic if you want to pick up your luggage to catch your plane in time. It worked out well but the insecurity is somewhat unpleasant.

The flat is right in the centre of town, so it’s super convenient and easy to get anywhere from here.

This was our first time visiting Poland, and unfortunately, we were disappointed with the accommodation. As the property is located in the Old Town, I understand that many of the buildings are older and may not have lifts. However, I feel the listing should have made it much clearer that the room could be on the 4th floor and that the building does not have a lift. I travelled with my husband and my father-in-law, who is elderly and has knee and hip problems, as well as heart issues. We had to carry a suitcase up four flights of stairs during a heatwave, which was extremely difficult and something we would have wanted to know about before booking. We did try to find alternative accommodation, but unfortunately, by that point, most places were either fully booked or far too expensive. The room also didn't look quite like the pictures shown in the listing. The kitchen light wasn't working, and for three people staying for four days, they only provided three sachets of coffee and three sugars, which didn't feel very generous. If you have mobility issues, bad knees, are not comfortable with several flights of stairs, or are travelling with elderly people, I would strongly recommend checking with the property about the floor and lift situation before booking. This information should be made much clearer in the listing so guests can make an informed decision.
