Great location and very nice apartment in an classic building. It is 5 mins far from the main square, 10 mins from the castle, you can go walking everywhere.
There is no physical staff, sometimes messages take a long time to be replied. It would be great to have whassup contact either direct communication, sometimes I felt nervous because you don’t know if your messages are being read

Location, AC in the roo. and kitchen, that was great.
We got access to a balcony which yes, I understand will be difficult to clean but it was a lot of mess from birds and it was even a dead bird there.
Another thing which wasn't too pleasant is the mattress. Could be much better, even when we were not sleeping more than 6 h each day, wasn't comfortable

Breakfast was close by and very good.
Communication. Communication. And again Communication! The people in charge only answered my queries when they noticed a bed was moved into my room - by me. I needed two beds. They did not provide though they advertise the room as being for three people max. That third is a hold but they do it say that. I tried to get an answer on this for two months. Nothing!!
