We stayed at this property right in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is superb—just opposite Rynek Główny—with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The apartment has a thoughtfully curated kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, pans, an oven, fridge, and microwave, making it easy to cook if you wish. The room included all standard amenities and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the owner/manager, Konrad. He contacted us immediately after booking, arranged an early check‑in, and allowed us to drop our luggage since our train arrived in the afternoon. A day before arrival, he sent a clear, step‑by‑step guide on how to enter the building and access the keys, as the reception would be closed at the time we arrived. He offered flexible payment options—even allowing us to settle the bill on the day of checkout—and provided a map along with many helpful tips for exploring Kraków. What truly set him apart was his response during an unexpected issue on our last night. While heading out for a late dinner, our key got stuck in the lock and we couldn’t remove it despite multiple attempts. We contacted Konrad via WhatsApp; although it was already past 9 PM, he replied immediately and guided us through several possible solutions. When none worked, he drove back from 20 km away and arrived around 10 PM to fix the problem within minutes. He even offered us another room to rest, though it wasn’t needed after the issue was resolved. For us, this experience set a benchmark for what a caring and responsible host should be. There’s nothing to complain about. This hotel is truly value for money—you know exactly what you’re getting for the price, and it delivers. For us, it was the most affordable and reasonably priced option in the area. But after meeting Konrad, our rating went from “Very Good” to genuinely “Exceptional.” His hospitality and care elevated our entire experience far beyond what we expected.

Perfect location and super clean

Amazing location, just off the old town square. Busy street so you could hear the buzz of the city ! Shared kitchens kept in good order. Iron and ironing board out in shared space ready to use. If you are used to a house share arrangement then you would be very happy .

It was fine for me but if you want a quiet night sleep it may not work for you, bars etc nearby so you have the sound of a city alive well past midnight .

Great location, easy and clear check in instruction.

The rooms are facing the street and it was very loud all night until about 6am. I brought ear plugs but that didn’t help even though I’m a hard sleeper. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very hot. I couldn’t open the window because the noise was even worse. On Sunday morning I couldn’t find anyone on reception to settle the payment. I waited for 1 hour then gave up.
