Apartament A2D Kraków

The accommodation is perfect, very confortable, many facilities, cosy, very clean, fancy colours

This accommodation was to receive 10, but unfortunately the attidude of the owner was not on such level. No explaination for entering the accommodation on Booking or mail, only for leaving the luggage after my question. Kind of nervous explaination on the phone and unconfortable code box, furthermore in the dark and cold conditions. The same key opens the main door and all rooms actually makes the level of safety low. These things can be improved, because the conditions are so good

comfy bed, a spacious clean room, quiet neighbourhood, I really enjoyed my stay. 15 min bus ride from the city centre, but it did work for me!

The room was very comfortable. Maybe the mattress was too soft but not relevant as we were always tired at the end of the day. Very big rooms, nice furniture around, bathroom also big. There is a shared kitchen extremely well equipped with induction stove, dish washer, microwave, big fridge, all rather new. It is very well connected, with a tram station nearby and a big supermarket in the vicinity. Quiet neighbourhood. Parking lot for 4 cars.

We only had contact with the owner on the last day. It is a shared apartment with several big rooms. It seems from the description that you are renting the full apartment with kitchen but it is actually shared with the other rooms. No complaint. It was a very good kitchen

Easy instructions - how to get the keys, what is the code, where to park a car, where is a remote for a gate. Clean room, quite well equipped (however TV without smart functions is a joke in mid of '20 XXI century). Big dinning room and very cool kitchen (however no tea or coffee even thou there were dedicated boxes). Great location - close to the shops, to the tram line - I would say location is even quiet but not really, you can still hear 'city noise' however neighborhood is very pleasant and even thou you are in between 2 important roads of Kraków you do not feel it on a daily basis.

They tried to scam us at the beginning - requested 30 PLN per day for a parking spot even thou it was supposed to be free - when I asked about that and started building pressure for explanation, they just replied: 'it is free' - not that 'they are sorry' or 'it is just mistake from their side' - very rude and unprofessional. One key opens everything - main door to the building, your room and all other rooms - so you can forget about privacy. As about privacy - there is a camera on your terrace... I think I do not have to explain more... From time to time big dog was running loose in the garden and barking at everyone - I do not have a problem with dogs, don't get me wrong - I just didn't feel safe and it is super odd that owner's dog is allowed to invade common space of your guests. Practically no Internet - WiFi was poor and worked for us only in common areas (kitchen, dining room) but not in our room - I asked if this can be fixed - no answer from host :/ Room is very hot during summer - no airconditioning.
