My stay was super comfortable. I would book the same place if I would come to Krakow again. Room was not super big but there was a big dining room where I could use my laptop for work. In the kitchen there are two gas cookers (plus microwave) - so enough space for more than one people to cook food simultaneously. Big fridge. Two sinks for washing up. It's very easy to get to Old Town by tram no 20, takes twenty minutes. There is also a lake and small beach near the guest house - on hot days it's a nice extra.
Some people don't clean up when using the kitchen, which is a bit annoying. But obviously it's not the guest house's fault. And the staff always cleaned up the kitchen in the morning which was nice.

Architecturally interesting building in a nice neighbourhood yet close to a Main Street. Clean, comfortable, helpful, friendly host. Good Biedronka supermarket 100m away. Loads going for it.
I could list a lot of things not perfect, but nobody said it was the Ritz!
