The location was very central, the room was fresh, clean and very nice, the bed was so comfy! There was everything we needed and also the check-in was easy as there is a 24h reception and the guy that checked us in was so kind and helpful! This really made our experience even better. Would definitely suggest this as a place to stay! A short walking distance from the Wawel castle and many restaurants and cafes.

Great location. Cleaning was immaculate. Nice hotel that's pet friendly. Towel warmer was a nice touch. The room was warm in the winter.

Stairs to access hotel - with heavy luggage were a bit difficult. The pet fee wasn't mentioned on site, but it's 100pln PER DAY.

. the location is excellent close to Main square as well as Kazimierz. the breakfast was nice but for the price they charge you would expect something better considering the standard of breakfasts in other hotels near by.

Double standard room was tiny there no even space to put a suitcase, to get from bathroom to bed we had move stuff around due to limited space. the room was very stuffy and hot with no AC. I asked receptionist if we can exchange or even pay extra for bigger room as we were staying there for 4 nights, at first the receptionist was very defensive and keep repeating that the room that we paid for, which I explained that I didn’t expect standard double being smaller then a single. at the end she said there are no bigger rooms available only standard one, when we looked at the other rooms they were much more comfortable and specious when I asked to change the room I heard all rooms are the same size and they might look different. at the end we have changed the room but this first impression and experience completely routined my opinion about the place.
