The heater is rarely felt. Its cold inside the apartment especially at night. I am not sure if the property management is controlling the heater. Otherwise all good.

The room had more space and facilities than needed. It was clean, with a modern interior design. The beds were comfortable. The location of the property is ideal - you're very close to the square and the Wawel Castle, perhaps a 10-15 minute walk at most, meaning public transport won't always be necessary. There is a supermarket essentially next to the gate entrance, which is useful if you're wanting to keep drinks and snacks in the room.
Whilst we didn't use them, If you prefer to prepare your own meals, there was a pretty impressive kitchen setup in the apartment, which was complete for all your cooking needs.
Our only piece of feedback for the owners would be that the shower temperature didn't really get very warm. In some cases, whilst having it turned on as hot, the water was tepid (sometimes it would go hot for maybe 2 seconds, and it would switch back). Whilst this wasn't a problem for our visit, this may inconvenience those who want a hot shower.
Overall, excellent stay and would not consider anywhere else if we did come back to Krakow.
