The room is located in the heart of the old city of Krakow with a tram line stop steps away, restaurants, historic sites within several minutes walk. The apartment was simple, clean, and comfortable. The strength is the location and simplicity of visiting the city, finding places to eat, get to the airport, etc. There is a decent desk as well which I always like.
No AC, but fortunately it was not too hot. Opening the door to the balcony allowed fresh air to fill the place.

Perfect location, about 100m away from the centre of the old town. Very clean and tidy. We had a leak from the roof in the bathroom, but we reported it and it was fixed within the hour.
On checking out at the hotel round the corner the receptionist made me aware that there was an issue with my card and I haven’t paid for my stay and I might need to speak to the manager, upon me showing proof of payment (5 days before we arrived) she then responded with well my manager might ring you. When the problem has been shown that it isn’t our end I would expect the matter to be chased up on there side not to then tell me I might receive a phone call which seemed to be deflecting the blame back to me. Not the greatest of customer service.

Very close to city center, good breakfast
Very old furniture, old smell, there were a few hairs on the sheets that did not belong to me.
