We had a great stay!
Pros: Location
Close to subways/LIRR
Comfy beds/clean rooms (love that there was no carpet)
Room was big for NYC standards
Friendly staff
Cons: The elevator. Only one was working - we took the stairs several times.
There was no mini fridge in the room - not a big deal but would have been nice to have.
The air conditioning unit wasn't cooling the room beyond 70 degrees (not sure if the temperature was regulated?) and was noisy.
Overall I would recommend staying here - as long as both elevators were working!

The room was clean yet small. Our view was of the alley garbage so not great.
Staff was helpful. Location was great for midtown area.
