Luxurious Loft Suite at Mansfield, Central NYC Location near Top Attraction

We had a good stay and the location was definitely the highlight. The apartment is in a great area, very close to the subway and convenient for visiting Manhattan. Being on the 12th floor, which is the top floor of the building, was also really nice. The apartment was spacious and had a good layout for a group or family.One thing to note is that the kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking. We planned to cook during our stay, but there were not enough kitchen utensils like knives and spoons to comfortably prepare meals. The bathroom also did not have hot water during our stay. Communication with the host was a bit slow, although they were still helpful and worked on the issues the next day. I would recommend this place for travelers looking for a spacious stay in a great location near Manhattan, especially if you do not plan to cook much during your trip.

Very clean unit and checking was seamless. Be aware that there is no hot water in this unit. Seems like a problem with the building. We got a little warm water in the evening sometimes, but it was just lukewarm. And the water is absolutely freezing in the morning and midday thru afternoon. I messaged with the host about this constantly during our stay but I don't think there is a solution to the building not having hot water. They credited us one night for the inconvenience. This place is very well located and has a cool vibe. It really only sleeps 2 people in the king size bed which is very comfortable. The other 3 sleeping places are just couches. One of them only does fold down flat like a futon but had a big hump running down the middle. There are no sheets or pillows for these couch beds. Only two blankets. I did ask ahead of time that there be bedding for two people to make up the couches but we only got two blankets. So, people are just laying down sleeping on those couches without sheets. And they're not comfortable. The place desperately needs basic things like forks and plates and paper towels. A couple dish towels. Bathroom has no counter space and only a tiny mirror. It needs wall hooks for towels. It would be great if there were more bath towels than just a thin one per guest. There is a coffee machine but no filters or coffee. Not worth the luxury label or the high price until the above issues are fixed.

This place was beautiful and spacious. Has character and on a pretty quiet street but steps away from everything. Stayed here for a girls trip and we had the best time.

The location is amazing for sight seeing. The host was quick with responses and the room was neat and tidy. I visited right after a winter blizzard, so the temperatures were quite low and there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. In complaining to the host, they sent facilities next day, but the issue wasn't fixed. Except the hot water issue the stay was pleasant.
