    Very nicely presented hostel right in the heart of Broadway/Hells kitchen and Central park. Everything's around the area. Staff on the door 24/7 and very helpful. Safe area. Very close to several metro stations and also bus stops. Comfortable dorms and beds.,very fashionably black throughout the building. Elevator to the floors. Nice kitchen area.

    Room does not have curtain so beds facing the street is open so everyone outside can see you, beds are not well covered by curtains unlike other hotels, pillows are very thin, small working area. The only great in this hostel is location.

    Extremely hostile management. They charged me $25 due to THEIR system failure during a storm, and kicked me out into the blizzard while letting other guests sleep in the lobby. Possible discrimination. Avoid at all costs.
