Family friendly Great location A couple of ladies at the buffet, & servers , always had an attitude. FRONT DESK, was everyday a problem. 1 PERSON CAN'T DO THE JOB . 24/7 Checking was terrible. Ricardo( Richie) dinning area, AND Felipe by pool Were THE BEST !!! I, would LOVE TO come back SOON !

this facility has a great staff, the rooms are old but comfortable enough, the air conditioning system is a piece of junk that needs replacing asap because is almost impossible sleep due to the heat and humidity the hotel employees did whatever they could to make it work but unfortunately it was not working properly, we were moved to another room and the same thing happened, no air conditioner.i strongly recommend to check for other lodging options in the area. If you're looking to loose weight or a sauna this is the place to go without leaving your room Hot as hell 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
