Beach front property close to Malecon and local restaurants! Only inconvenient is that air conditioning did not work!

This was our first time staying in the Romantica Zone and it delivered. We were close to the beach with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We were close to the Malecon and amazing restaurants in the area. We plan on returning in the near future as we had such a great time. Side note, the weather and of April is perfect and the ocean temp is warm.

This was like a motel 6 at best. The shower power was amazing. The A/C and fans, one in living room and one above the bed, extremely loud. The bed was like a brick, but it was perfect for me. I should have taken pictures of the items in the kitchen. Not even a towel. It just would have been pathetic to post them. If you are coming to PV to stay and eat in. I would look elsewhere. It is really close to everything the Romantic Zone has.
I have stayed at Bluechairs 3 times and had a kitchen 2 times. The kitchens at blue are way better equipped, but you cant use the patios because of the pigeons and they don't keep them clean.

One beach street has a nice pool and it is very quiet and I felt like I had the place to myself for the most part. No sun on the pool till like 2pm, this was April.
