    Hotel Eloisa is very clean, has a great rooftop pool, and is conveniently located next to the Malecon in the Romantic. Within steps are several restaurants, a grocery store, a laundry service, a pharmacy, and the plaza. The staff is welcoming, your room will always be clean, and the beds are comfy. This is my go to hotel because of the price and location.

    Best location within the Romantic Zone. Even better view from the balconies. Always showing improvements in their rooms

    Wifi doesn't work in rooms - only in "public areas" ie; Lobby and rooftop pool areas. This is unacceptable in this modern era
