This hotel is under significant construction, which we did not see posted anywhere online before booking the stay. The hallways were completely stripped of carpet and the guest room had been renovated but it are not completely done (the toilet paper holder needs to be installed, the construction dust on the walls needs to be cleaned, paint touch up and grout/caulking needs to be finished). I don't recommend staying here until at least June 2026. Also the breakfast was gross. Classic processed food from the muffins to the powered eggs to the gross juices from the machine.

My husband got a tummy ache from the breakfast sausage. Our tub was NOT clean. The Hotel is being remodeled so we didn't expect a lot but a clean tub would have been nice. The front desk people act like we are a pain in their day and offer no extra help at all, had to beg for a printed receipt and we couldn't even get an extra blanket. The front desk clerk that checked me in asked if I had a dog with me? I said not with me. He proceeded to tellme about fines when people try to sneak dogs in??? What??? I just said I don't have a dog with me...

The building was under renovation, but the parts that were completed were sub-par, our shower door wouldn’t stay closed, very thin windows, and ours barely shut, the bed and bedding were old and worn, uncomfortable, old mattress… AND we had our gas tank siphoned overnight leaving us with no gasoline. Never again!

The room es fine but upkeep in the public res has gone downhill. We stay here several times a year and this time the hall carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. La Qintq is usually pretty good about security, but the side doors were left unlocked all night so that anyone could bypass the front desk and wander the h Alls. That’s a dealbreaker for me.halls.

Was unaware the place was being remodeled. The check in was strange. I asked to pre-check in and the girl told me she couldn't then I sat down to do the pre-check on my phone and she decided she could???? Then when I checked in later, all was ready but the guy didn't tell me my room number so I asked and he acted like I was dumb because it was written on my paperwork - uuummm... Then he didn't even tell me where the elevators were. He did warn me my card would stop working if it was near a phone or even my car keys (what's with that?) No info about breakfast. No Do Not Disturb sign in the room. No frig in the room (ugh!). The wallpaper in the bathroom was a mess (didn't affect my stay but if you're remodeling, I'd check on that). Just a weird stay - I am coming back in December and hope that it's a better experience. I understand remodeling but... I expected just a little better from la Quinta. The beds were comfortable. No extra blankets or pillows were provided.

You can tell it used be fairly nice, but it’s dated for sure. Looks like they are upgrading things slowly. Parking was free. Exterior doors not secured and you could enter without a room key. Rooms smelled musty and moldy. We ended up getting some air fresheners and Lysol—which didn’t unfortunately didn’t help much. The windows in the rooms did open, so that helped most. Breakfast was eh. All the bananas were busted open and the eggs appeared watery and precooked. Probably the biggest disappointment was room service. They only clean the rooms after a 3 day stay, unless requested. We did request a clean, but they said they didn’t have enough staff to clean our room. So we had to take out our own trash and beg for towels. Would not stay here again.

The room, elevator and carpets were filthy. A simple moping and steam clean could have made a huge difference. My coworker was checked into a dirty room. Bed had clearly been slept in. However the staff was kind and corrected the issue. Thank goodness for his kindness.

The room was good. It was clean. It smelled good, not musty like a competitors hotel nearby. The price was also better than the competitor. Was it perfect, no. It was recently remodled, and the glass doors in the shower would not stay closed and were installed incorrectly. The toilet seat needed to be tightened as it was loose. Next time, get soft-close, nobody likes it when the seat gets dropped and bangs. There was no toilet paper holder. The tv was not mounted on the wall which is ok but it needs to be placed on a booster box. The "secure" door on the opposite side of the building is not secure. You dont need an access card to get in, just simply push down on the lever and pull. The sign on the 3rd floor laundry room says "Ice" but there isnt any. You have to go to the first floor for ice. Parking was ok. Spaces are narrow. Breakfast was better than I expected. Waffles, sausage, eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal, coffee and juices. So, a good variety. All in all, it was good. I can put up with a few annoyances when the price is right.

My stay was fabulous. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my hotel room. It was nicely furnished, clean, and cozy. I stayed here for ACL 2025. I will definitely come back again.

The room was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast spread was pretty good. The cons are that you could hear everything from the rooms/ hall around you. I heard bathroom noises, music, doors slam shut. Also our shower water never got above a lukewarm. Finally they have a VERY strict early checkin policy...anytime before 3 is $55 even 30 min before when rooms were all avaliable.

Short staffed a bit of a delay at the desk but overall the room was nice we seemed to get one that was newly renovated, the new look is nice looking but could have been cleaned a bit better after looked like the Reno team was just in there. The halls and room doors are dusty and dirty due to renovations. Parking lot also had chunks of debris (drywall, counter pieces and tack strips) from the renovations as well so be careful where you park and walk. Overall quiet stay nothing loud or crazy happening and breakfast was good tasting!

This hotel looks like it is undergoing renovations. My family had 3 rooms and they were big and roomy. The only issue we had was that only one room had a fridge in it. One nice thing that we noticed about this hotel, even thought we didn't need this service, was that they had washers & dryers on our floor. The rooms were a great price and the continental breakfast was very good.

The entire property was in disarray. Obviously going through renovation, but in the meantime, needs to be shut down due to dirty carpets vomit in the elevator. One elevator not working and total stinkiness.
