This was a very basic room. No towels, toilet in a closet, cheap bed linens, no outlets close to mirrors. It was close to the train station and restaurants close by. Just super low end.

Comte de Nice was beyond accommodating with a very helpful staff and immaculate rooms. Love the location and wil absolutely be back next year! :)

Hotel a little outdated but still very clean.Front desk was very helpful. We decided to have breakfast and it was very good, especially for the price, they had an assortment of items. Staff was very friendly.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me by looking up things for me on the internet and advising me about places to eat. The breakfasts were very good too. I found the air conditioning in the room very welcome after hours in the hot sun. The hotel was remarkably quiet, given that it is in the heart of the beautiful town. I cannot wait to go back again.

Just spent 1 night here but very easy to get to from the train station just a few stops past Nice Ville. Easy walk to the water and a fantastic restaurant shares the same street and was recommended by the hotel staff.

It appeared as if half of my room had been refurbished and half hadnt. Could just do with some finishing touches. A very quiet area, but on the last night I had some noisy neighbours that I could hear easily through the walls, so if your a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. Easy access to Nice and Monaco via bus from outside the train station about 3 minutes away. Overall would recommend.

I also required somewhere that was walkable to amenities as I have an injured leg. We found this hotel online. We arrived with some skepticism. When we arrived, our apprehensions were totally allayed. Everything, including stores, restaurants and cafes were within a walk of a few minutes, even with my leg. A hotel worker named Pasquale was intent on making sure that we had helpful information and everything we needed to make our stay, with my injury, enjoyable. We passed some pleasant time in the hotels coffee shop as well as a fine breakfast on the last day. What started-out as a question mark became a happy surprise! Be prepared for a small elevator, but an elevator nonetheless.

Beaulieu is an excellent spot for quietly enjoying the beach, good food, and good weather (at least while I was there). Hotel Comte de Nice is very nice. All the basic amenities are provided and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

the Hotel was excellent, Great Breakfast for 10 Euro, The ownder was very kind and good service, I was impressed, and so was PASCAL when i arrived late He was very nice and great service from him in reception. I was very happy ton stay there. Would come again

We stayed there 2 nights. The hotel is more like a place to sleep which is ok, but it is not 3*. The receptionist acted like a robot even though when asked about restaurants etc she was helpful. Not expecting big hugs on arrival but it was so mechanical that I have to mention it. We stayed at a 2* hotel right at the main square and it was super great (except the lack of elevator) but if you do not have heavy bags it is worth it.

Hotel was a pleasure surprise,we booked it the day before with little research. Great location to train, restaurants and port. Very clean and helpful staff. Would recommend the large continental breakfast. We would recommend to stay in Beaulieu sur Mer over Nice. We would be happy to return 😄

First time stay at this comfortable hotel in the centre of Beaulieu Sur Mer. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. I stayed in a 'courtyard room' which had a view to the sea. Note that this hotel is NOT on the seafront but is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the train station and main bus stop. Getting about is very easy on the buses and trains. The public beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. very good value for the French Riviera and would recommend - especially out of season.
