Superb location opposite the train station with links all along the Riviera coast. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to the nearest beach where you can also access the beautiful coastal walking path around Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. The local town is quite small but has good options for bars and restaurants at different price ranges. The breakfast was excellent with sweet and savoury options including cereals, fresh bread, cold cuts, fruit, pastries, cake and delicious fresh press pressed orange juice. The staff were pleasant and helpful and allowed us to leave luggage at reception for a few hours on the day we checked out. Our room was very clean and comfortable with good space for two people for a short stay (3 nights). I would upgrade to a room with balcony for a longer stay.

No door between the bathroom and the corridor which was not comfortable Bathroom hooks did not keep the towels properly, they kept falling down of a floor, should be changed. The hotel has a few parking places only which we were not aware of when booking - we had to look for a place outside but there are some along the streets, it’s not a big deal.

Nice having a balcony (note they overlook the road), good breakfast Buffett with wide range of choices, clean room and comfortable bed. Fridge in the room was really helpful. Can walk round the Cap and over to villefranche, take a quick train to Monaco or Nice. Near a supermarket also so location is great

Some construction work outside at the moment but only temporary. Only during the day though

This location is perfect for train and bus to see everything without a car.

The man on reception who was from Andalucia spoke excellent English. He was very professional, friendly and welcoming. The bedding was good quality.

A kettle and the ability to make a hot drink in the bedroom who have been very welcome.

Fantastic location for easy access to train to Nice (French Riviera), Monaco, or Ventimiglia (Italy). Close to restaurants, grocery stores, beach, and public transport. Great breakfast spread.

One of the two elevators was broken for over 24 hours of our stay, so we had to use the smaller elevator (fits 2-3 people) or the stairs.

Lovely restaurants near by and a lilttle grocery store .little beach close buy and a lovely walking trail along the beach with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Bed was so comfy and room and bathroom was so clean.

Couldn’t get an early night or lay in if you wanted to .Every night you could hear them with the hoover and scraping furniture with moving it till gone midnight. And back at it around half 6 in the morning I know they have a hotel to run but Jesus it’s so annoying and ruined it for me .

Lovely small hotel. Rooms are always clean. Very close to the train station. Supermarket across the road. Perfect for a few days break. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Noise can be an issue inside the hotel with the elevator going up and down regularly and the room doors closing but wouldn't put me off.

We had such a nice and kind reception from everybody at the hotel, specially the attention and cordiality by Huda who has given important and useful information in a kind and helpful way. For those who do not know the country nor the language, this kind of reception is very welcoming and makes the whole difference in making good choices in your trip.

We liked the Hotel pretty much, it was clean, we had good breakfast and the staff is very helping and friendly. We also had good Wifi.

The building might need a bit maintenance from the outside and it‘s very close to the train - but it did not really affect us.

The hotel has a very friendly vibe in general. We liked the staff, our room which had a nice balcony with sea view, the breakfast and or course the cool jungle vibes all around. They had free snacks at the reception :) the night before we slept in Nice in another Ibis styles hotel, and could highly recommend this chain as it is great value for money!

There was no bathroom door, there was only one door between the hall and the bedroom and the bathroom is just at the entrance. It didn’t bother us too much though.

I must admit when I came out of the station my heart sank! If is not a beauty and I panicked! But what the hotel lacks in charm it makes up in functionality and being pristine clean! Luxury usually comes at great cost in the South of France. This hotel has high comfort and views at reasonable cost! We were given room 501 with the most GORGEOUS view of the Cap du Ferrat! We couldn’t believe our luck, we did not pay extra. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless clean. Extra pillows were provided. The French do not have breakfast and we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. One day we went into the town centre and had pastries there - it is not something they do. The location is AMAZING! 30 seconds from station 1 minute from Super U (buy yummy treats for the balcony view) 5 mins from the Plage - buy beach parasol and towels from the supermarket and be like the French! Aircon wasn’t the best - wasn’t quite cold enough but great when you came in. Honestly this is a very cheap hotel for the area and is extremely good value with that in mind and a universe better than lots of bad AirBnB! Highly recommend!
